Once received, we’ll register you both on our system (usually within 48 hours – please note once you have submitted this form, you will be registered with us, no need to wait for any registration confirmation).

To help the process, please contact your previous vets and ask them to send your pets’ details to us using reception@norwoodrdveterinary.co.uk

Before you start the process to register at our practice please be aware that payment is due at the time of treatment.

When closed our out of hours service is covered by Vets Now in Sutton and Thamesmead.

We offer Pet Health Club to our clients. These plans help spread the cost of preventative treatment for clients and their pets. Please look at on our website for further information.

** At your first appointment please bring your ID and a proof of address for us to verify your address details visually. We do not need to keep a copy.
