Please give us 3 working days’ notice for repeat prescriptions / food orders, so we can order the medication / food and get your prescription ready for you. If you do forget to order your pet’s prescription, we will do everything we can to try and provide what is needed but unfortunately, we can’t keep all medications in stock, so this may not always be possible.

For long-term medication, our usual policy of regular medication checks applies. This is standardly every 3-6 months and in occasional cases every 12 months, the vet prescribing will decide this on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that a written prescription for a POM-V is valid for 6 months (unless a shorter period is stated).

A written prescription for a schedule 2 or 3 controlled drug has a validity of 28 days (unless a shorter period is stated) and is not repeatable.
