Pet Passports

The Pet travel Scheme (PETS) was introduced in 1999. The aim of the scheme is to keep the United Kingdom Rabies free and prevent the introduction of the fox tapeworm and ticks of the Dermcentor species. The process of applying for a pet passport can be time consuming and varies from one pet to another.
